Tardiness & Cancellations
Out of respect for our Team and other guest, appointments delayed more that 15 minutes may ne to be rescheduled. Cancellations made out of our 48 hour policy will ne charged 100% of the reserved service.
Color Deposits
All new color clients receiving large color appointments are required to pay a NONREFUNDABLE $150 deposit.
Return Policy & Hair Adjustments
All hair adjustments and product returns must be requested within 1 week of the original service or purchase date. After this time, returns cannot be accept and additional charges may apply.
